Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your Toy Joy webstore purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise. In order for us to process your refund request, you must return the item to our store along with your written refund request. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in new/original condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipt. A like item will be provided in exchange if available and requested by you, otherwise a monetary refund will be issued. All monetary refunds will be refunded in the same method as that used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of our receipt of the completed refund request.
